We are looking for someone in our granny flat. It would be suitable for professionals who prefer quiet and private time. The granny has a shower booth and a toilet. One small studio with a kitchen sink. It doesn't have a lot of furniture but a fridge and a small storage.

The best thing here is a small wooden deck. You can sit down and enjoy relax time :)

Rent is $300 p/w and 2 weeks bond. Bill and wifi are included.
8 minute walk from train station, 3 minutes from bus stop, 5 minutes from light rails. Can park cars on the road.

You share the back yard with us and we have kids, a cat and a dog. So preferably you like them (At least you don't hate them :P)
