Hi, We are looking for a clean & tidy girls who share our new apartment in the middle of Surfers Paradise with an excellent view.


The room has two beds (both two beds are empty now and they are non-used in a new condition, you will be the first one using). You can come with your friend! If you come with your friend, I can make it each $150->$145.


Our house is a resort style apartment at Surfers Paradise with very good traffic (only 30 sec walk to tram). When take a tram, 3 min to Surfers and 5 min to Broad beach / Pacific fair.


We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bath rooms, totally 2 people living now from Asian countries. We are very friendly students from Griffith Uni spending most of our times to study & working. Welcome Japanese! Prefer non-smokers and this is not a party house, but we can sometimes chill out together by having a bbq :)


You can also freely use all the facilities including tennis court, gym, bbq area, swimming pool, spa and sauna etc. They are all here in this apartment! All bills included! (water, electricity and fastest unlimited internet).
