Japan City Macquarie is looking for a full time Sushi Chef.

Requirements are:

Responsibility & Reliability
Hard Working
Min 2 yeas in Japanese restaurant
Good Knife Skills
Good Sushi, Sashimi & Roll Skills
Good Teamwork and Respect Other
Flexibility on both weekends
Fluency in Japanese Preferred
Main duties will be:

Food / Fish Preparation
Making Sushi, Sashimi and Rolls
Keeping kitchen area clean
Assisting Head Chef

Working hours will be mainly 8:30-15:30 ( except for Thursday finishing at 21 : 30 ) 5 days a week.

Wage will start from $29~$30 (depending on Visa, Skills & Availability) + Superannuation (11.5%) + Annual Leave + weekends bonus
